Recommendation report
A written, prioritized recommendation: where to start, what to skip, what to sequence later. Sized to your team and your throughput goals.
No-pressure follow-up conversation
After the assessment, we walk through the report together. If a Workshop, VA placement, or 90-Day Sprint makes sense, we scope it. If it doesn't, we tell you that too.
